It's a great place to stay in the outskirts of como. Everything was straight forward and the manager was very helpful with the check in and how everything worked. The place was clean and had all the amenities required to cook, store food as well as a bar/restaurant up the road. Only points I would mention is that it's far from the center but I chose it so not the properties fault but as long as you have a car/ use public transportation it is fine. Can be a bit loud until 1am due to music and cars passing so I believe it could be soundproof. Also would add that it would be a nice gesture to offer/give even if small samples of shampoo/soap. I would still say based on everything it's a 9 or a 10(Given from someone whose travelled to 28 countries).

I highly recommend this rental! :)
Everything is exactly as shown in the photos and described. It is very clean, and the kitchen is very well-equipped. Excellent communication with the owners. Parking is available in front of the building.

Very clean, practical (parking in front of the house) and comfortable. The staff was friendly, helpful and quickly responding
The dog in the backyard responded to every noise in the vicinity with loud barking - during night and day
