Location excellent, no breakfast included.

Huge fridge, quite out of place; would been better to have small fridge and a microwave. It's done a little bit on the cheap. Eg, the door below the sink was of water swollen particle/custom board; it appeared that the basin in the shower/toilet had only recently been installed and there was a gap in the wall underneath; the window above the bed looked out onto a bad of weeds and, only just to the left but clearly visible, was a compost bin; it was not properly walled off - behind the couch is only a curtain between the unit and another room, hardly private. Sorry, but I think you should be aware of these things.
