Appartement spacieux, très propre et très agréable. Consignes vraiment très claires pour récupérer les clés. Location vraiment bien située.

.

It was a very cozy place in the centre of Voss, close to all shops , train and bus station. We were using public transport and the property was very convenient. Beds were comfortable and rooms were very spacious. Kitchen was well equipped as well. We stayed there for 5 nights and really felt like home.

Nothing.

نظيف وممتاز وموقع رائع

كل شي كان جميلا

Location is great, right in the middle of town.

This was one of the weirdest check-in processes ever and I don't know the reason for it. I drove to the address listed in booking.com, however after arriving I couldn't find the safety box for the key, I contacted the host who gave instructions to collect the keys from a different address a few hundred meters away. I went to that address only to find the safety box open without the keys inside. I contacted to the host again who advised that the keys were with the house keeper cleaning the house, and they would bring the key downstairs, this didn't make any sense since it was a parking lot in the back of some shops and not sure what downstairs the host was referring to. All this was after 7PM and check in was at 4PM, so 3 hours later they were still cleaning the apartment? It took some more waiting and confirmation that the actual apartment is in neither of those two locations and it is a completely different address. After some more waiting a car pulled up and someone ran to the safety box and dropped the keys, I noticed at least two other ladies in the car and they were certainly not cleaners or house keepers. I then collected the key and drove to the apartment which was at a third address. There were no soap, handwash, shampoo or body wash provided. The beds didn't look made up and it didn't feel right.
