Location is quiet, lovely view with a waterfront walk.
Indoor accommodation was quite limited… a converted bedroom. For example no indoor seating or table. Some of the information on the booking.com listing was not accurate. There is no bath or BBQ. No heating or cooling just a ceiling fan. Good place to stay if the weather is mild.

Great location at Sanctuary Point, very clean and comfortable. Lily is very available and provides excellent suggestions for possible activities to do nearby. It is also very easy to spot kangaroos in the surroundings!
It would be useful to have a couple of hooks for towels attached to the wall in the bathroom.

The location! Beautiful view right on the water.
No hooks in bathroom but wasn't so bad, just ended up hanging our towels to dry on the chairs outside. Only 2 pillows, I wouldn't mind extra but that's just me.
