An excellent apartment in an unbeatable location, just a three-minute walk from Piazza Yenne, right in the heart of Cagliari. You really couldn’t be more central, with dozens of restaurants and cafés in the surrounding streets. The apartment is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and feels brand new. The stone walls give it plenty of character, while everything has been modernised. It is on the ground floor and, despite having only two windows, is very well lit. The bed is extremely comfortable, and there are two air-conditioning units, a table, a sofa, an excellent shower, and a fantastic 55-inch smart TV. The Wi-Fi is outstanding: 1 Gbps download and 500 Mbps upload. There is no kitchen, but there is a microwave, cutlery, and a Nespresso machine, so you can easily enjoy coffee or tea and heat up ready-made meals. Francesco also provides tea, coffee capsules, sugar, and bottled water—thoughtful touches that make you feel welcome when arriving in a new city. Check-in and check-out are fully digital, and Francesco is always available via WhatsApp or phone to offer advice or help with anything. He is incredibly helpful and welcoming. A comfortable, beautifully renovated apartment with a wonderful host and a location that simply couldn’t be better. Highly recommended!
