From the time I arrived until the time I (grudgingly) checked out, I couldn't believe how amazing the place was. It is spacious, decorated fabulously, perfectly equipped, and the host was SUPERBLY helpful IN ENGLISH (even when I forgot which apartment it was). There is NO QUESTION where I will stay next time (and every time).

VERY minor point, but the apartment doors have several generations of locks on them and it wasn't clear which lock I should use. (I wasn't paying attention to the locks on the way in.) I thought I was trying to enter the wrong apartment. Maybe just a quick mention to folks during the tour about which lock the key goes in. The door back out of the building isn't obvious either (little red button to open it), but again, these are TINY issues.

This is one of the most beautiful apartmens we have stayed in! It has been tastefully renovated keeping the charm and design of 70s - even the floor is a piece of art! Everything is brand new, but it feels like traveling back in time in a good way. It's very spaceous and quiet, but if you open windows you feel like you are in the heart of Bologna - everyting is nearby, shops, restaurants, even parking is few min walk away. Enrico is an amazing host - he suggested best local restaurants, helped us with parking and made us feel like at home. This is definitely a place we will return to when visiting Bologna.

That we had only 2 nights in Bologna - we didn't want to leave.:)
