Excellent stay! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location was perfect, close to everything in the city. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The room was cozy, modern, and had everything needed for a relaxing stay. Great value for money. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

A wonderful experience from start to finish! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the hotel had a lovely boutique charm. Everything was well organized, and the attention to detail made the stay even more enjoyable. The bed was very comfortable, the room was spotless, and the service was outstanding. A peaceful and relaxing place to stay in Peja. I would happily return on my next visit!
I couldn't find any negative aspects during my stay. Everything was just as I had hoped.

It's very nice place, fast check in and check out, good location, if you need anything just ask on the phone and will be done.

Location
There was no wardrobe, no slippers, and although there was a kettle, there were no coffee or tea bags. The staff did not show up, there was no receipt, the bathroom drain was very slow, and there were no TV channels at all. The walls are very thin, so the other guests can be quite noisy. There was only one towel. I hope these issues will be resolved and that things will improve.
