Apartamento con buena ubicación, bien equipado, cómodo y limpio. La cama es el sofá pero es bastante cómodo. Y el personal nos dio los datos para la llegada sin ningún problema.

Es un poco pequeño pero para dos personas bien. Y hay que pagar una fianza de 400€, que es bastante dinero.

The room was exactly as shown in the photos—comfortable, well-maintained, and perfect for a solo trip. The hosts were incredibly responsive and always happy to help whenever I had a question. The location was the real highlight: right in the heart of Le Marais, with charming cafés, bakeries, restaurants, and local boutiques just outside the door. Place des Vosges, the Seine, and Hôtel de Ville were all within a short walk, making it easy to explore some of the most beautiful parts of Paris.

Excellent location! The apartment is extremely compact but has everything a solo traveller or a couple without children might need. The sofa is comfortable and easily converts into a bed. Convenient self-check-in is another advantage. It might get hot in summer, but I didn’t stay during that season, so I can’t say for sure.

I genuinely wish I could give this property a very high rating. I loved the apartment and its location. Unfortunately, the way the property manages its relationship with guests is deeply disappointing. Let me emphasise that the staff were always polite and responded promptly. My problem is with the system itself. First, the €400 security deposit. The deposit must be provided through a third-party website, outside Booking.com. In my case, it was almost equivalent to the entire cost of my stay. I agreed to the deposit but requested that a staff member inspect the apartment at check-out and provide written confirmation that everything was in order. Otherwise, how could I prove that any damage discovered after my departure wasn’t caused by someone else? The property refused, explaining that no staff member was available, and suggested filming the apartment instead. I did so, but I find this arrangement fundamentally unfair. If you demand a €400 deposit, you should provide a documented check-out inspection. Otherwise, all the risks fall on the guest. Second, the return of the deposit. I was told it would be released within 14 days of check-out. I waited the full two weeks. Nothing happened. After my next message, management promised to resolve the issue but then asked me to wait another five days. Only when I stated that I would file a formal complaint with Booking.com unless the deposit was released within 24 hours was it finally returned — that very evening. I have no evidence of deliberate dishonesty. Nevertheless, I had to chase my own money repeatedly, and I genuinely wonder what would have happened if I had simply forgotten about it. Third, the tone of communication. Guest instructions repeatedly emphasise penalties rather than trust. For example, immediately after instructing guests to return their keys by 10 a.m., the property warns of a €50 fine for failing to do so. Of course, rules are necessary.
