Location great - right next to train station and can only slightly hear the trains. Has all facilities you might need (cooking utensils, stove top, microwave, fridge etc.)- seems very suited for a business trip Aircon worked great Accessible with suitcase - only a few ‘steps’ and can take elevator to access rooms Using WhatsApp messages was easy to request help and with a quick reply. Easy to enter room using code. Room was very dark at night which made it easier to sleep. Bathroom was clean and shower was big and powerful with good temperature.

Small red stain on bedsheets and big squished bug on floor outside bathroom Wasn’t clear how to lock door from outside which took time but sorted through WhatsApp. No hair conditioner but some places don’t include this. Only one very soft pillow - I was only there for one night so didn’t request a second but I’m assuming is possible to do so.
