Everything was the best - attentive host, location, cleanliness, equipment, design, new renovation and facilities, most comfortable apartment.

Nothing

Location is great. Easy to go to the train station and to the beach.

It has been super unfortunate that we had to experience the below: 1. After booking, I was told to place a deposit. This was not stated anywhere in the descriptions. And it took two days to get to the conclusion that no deposit is required as it was not written down when I made the booking. 2. Language. I constantly got automated messages in English and some messages in French. I had to proactively translate everything to English one by one. 3. Communication. It says I am to contact the host via the phone number. The WhatsApp number is not being handled by anyone and I have never received any response. Then what’s the point of leaving that number? There has been 0 effort from the host to use English but kept on messaging in French. 4. Keys - I was only told on the day that we are to collect the keys somewhere else… I wish I had known this before and I would want to avoid this hassle! 5. Bathroom -very smelly. Something is wrong with the pipe there and very smelly.
