The hotel was amazing, I had a view on the river and the skyscrapers, it was really clean and the employees were super friendly! You can go and easy walk through the city since it’s super central. Absolutely recommend it, thank you very much :)

My stay here was exceptional. The views from our room were great and the facilities were well-maintained. What impressed me most, however, was the service. On our first day when we touched down, we left a bag in our didi and I didn’t have a china number so we couldn’t contact the driver (the number provided through the app was a fake number for privacy reasons). However, the receptionist, CC, was exceptionally professional and aided us to contact Didi support services, going onto the
helpline for 30 minutes and liaising with the service officer to obtain contact with our didi rider. Afterwards, she negotiated with him for the return of our luggage and coordinated with her colleague, Nana, who helpfully called us the next day when the driver arrived and and accompanied us down to check and collect our luggage when the driver arrived. Truly exceptional service, thank you so much for your help 🙏 If we are back in Chongqing, we will definitely stay here again! 100% recommend

The hotel room was fantastic! Extremely clean and the staff were lovely. I really enjoyed the technology in the room - the air con, curtains etc could all be controlled by voice! Also the views from the room are just wow!!! Being 30 floors up gives incredible views of the city.
The hotel is located right next door to a subway station and opposite Raffle City.
Nothing - the hotel was amazing! The only suggestion I would make would be for directions of how to find the hotel. We found it fairly easily but others may find it difficult. The hotel is located on the 30th floor of a building and 2 elevators are needed to reach it which could cause confusion.

Great location. Next to metro and near to all the main sights
Staff were friendly and attentive
The room we booked doesn’t appear to exist in the hotel and no rooms offer city views even though advertised. The view was still nice from the view but we did pick this hotel specifically based on the room and view advertised.
The bath sink hole and pipes needing cleaning and the room smelt of cigerettes
