The location is great, close to Nice Old Town, the port, beach & Castle Hill.
There’s also plenty of food shops, bakeries & coffee shops nearby.
The room itself has all the amenities, lovely balcony & was clean & easy to access.
The recycling was a little bit confusing to workout what could go into the recycling & which of the 2 bins was which. Maybe a little print out of what is accepted would be helpful.

Thierry was super nice. Perfect location. Very nice balcony. Beautiful apartment, with all facilities you'd need. All in good shape, and tidy. We really enjoyed our stay!
Only the toilet, it was a little loud, and flushed very hard.
