In comparison with many other similar studio apartments I have used in Santiago, this one was very nice and well equiped with appliances and cookery utensils. It is very close to Plaza Nuñoa which gives a lot of possibilities to access bars and restaurants as well as the subwaystation only five minutes walk frlm the adress.
It says balcony bit it is not a balcony - it is a metalic rail one decimeter from the sliding window door! As it is very close to Av Irravazabal it is very noisy and it penetrates into the studio. The walls and door is thin - heard the neighbour fart outside the elevator in the hallway. The door to the apartment does not cover all the way down to the floor why there is a 1-2 cm space where you can see the neigbours shoes when walking by.
