The flat is really nice and everything is brand new. It is well located near markets, pharmacy and public transportation. The bed is comfortable, everything super clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances. The bathroom is very spacious, but you have to go outside the room downstairs to use it ( not an issue per se, just a bit less convenient). The host, Jacques, is super friendly and helped me with all questions I had. The location is a bit far from the center (30 min by train) but very convenient if you want a quite place or stay near the conferences hub. I will definitely book it again when back in Brussels.
