Die Lage ist toll.
Check-In und Check-Out waren einfach.
Preis ist günstig, entsprechend kann man nicht viel erwarten.

Very friendly host, clean and cosy apartment. The location is perfect, close to everything in the tourist centre of Venice, very close to Rialto and the boat stop. Grocery store just a minute from the front door.
The windows overlook a busy tourist street, so it can get loud in the evening and early in the morning. A lot of tourist pedestrian traffic. The apartment is located on the upper floor, with a very steep staircase to get into the room and another staircase to the bathroom and mezzanine. It's no issue for a young and fit guest, but not recommended for people with reduced mobility or older guests.

El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado y para los precios tan altos que tiene venecia era de los más baratos. Además el propietario o encargado era muy simpático, aunque nuestro cheking era mas tarde nos dejó llegar antes para soltar las maletas, además nos hizo recomendaciones de donde comer.
La habitación es pequeña y una persona muy alta o gorda creo que se agobiaría bastante. Pero ese no es mi caso.
