Everything. The rooms are nice and clean. The stuff is super friendly. Only 5-10 min walking distance from the airport.
The roosters waking me up at 5:30 haha

Great price and close to the airport. Had a lovely patio and nice view (needs table and chairs adding there).
It’s a bit hard to find at first. Reasonable walk in to Labuan Bajo, it’s a nice walk though and cheap to get a taxi if not wanting to. It’s a new property and suspect it will continue to improve.

The place is quiet, peaceful, and very clean. The room and bathroom are spacious. There is even a table and chairs outside now, which is a nice touch. We also appreciated having a drying rack for our clothes (there are laundries nearby). The location is about 15–20 minutes from the center — you can walk or take a Grab taxi. We actually walked from the airport :) It was no problem to leave some of our luggage there while we went on a Komodo cruise. The staff were very nice. We recommend!
Everything was fine 😀 A water dispenser (e.g., in the office) would be a nice touch—people would even be willing to pay more, as the place is worth it. There would be no need to buy so many plastic bottles.
