The poeple were very friendly. It a small and warm welcoming place. The room was perfect for us loved that it was very clean.
The walk from the room to the entrance was a bit confusing first few times.

The location, the cost and the welcome
It was noisy - I was expecting the trains but being on ground floor the noise from arrivals and departures from all hours was not ideal.

Centralised and very good location. 3mins walk to Luton Train and Bus Station. The hotel is close to amenities- shops, restaurants, gym etc. Right at the heart of the town centre. Beautiful experience, shopping and sightseeing .
Room is a little smaller than expected.
