Heykel Suites Otel

The location and the stuff are friendly

Nothing

cleanliness, comfort, distance

there were none of Vanity/Care Kits, Bath & Hygiene Set or Sewing Set

Locatia, confortul, dimensiunea camerei, parcarea chiar in fata hotelului...

English: I have been in Turkey 5 times, but the first time visiting Izmir. Selecting Heykel Suites was indeed a great decision I made. Clean, spacious, well-designed units asides, that felt nothing but a cozy home; the staff and management were more than friendly, helpful, and wonderful. Me. Mutlu (the manager) was super understanding and managed my room access for early check-in and late check-outs Mr. Yunus welcomed me at 4 am, was helpful like a big brother throughout my stay every single day.

Nothing to complain about, literally. The first couple of days, the internet was a bit slow due to some hardware wiring issue, but the manager (Mr. Mutlu) personally followed up on the case and had it taken care of ;)
