This place was phenomonal..the view of the ocean was such a special feature...the owner couldn't do enough to make our stay wonderful...at one point heavy rain caused a drain to flood...the owner had a plumber there to fix the issue within an hour...the house was well equipped...overall highly recommend this cottage with views of the Tay and easy access to the stores ...great heating system...comfortable lounge and tv....we'll atocked kitchen we had a great time!!! Also compared to other places we have stayed there were no neighbors and the place was very very quiet and peaceful...

There's really nothing that we didn't like the trip was very very enjoyable!!

We absolutely loved the house. It has been finished very thoughtfully to a great standard. It was very clean and comfortable. The living room was great for a chill after a long day sightseeing and the beds were excellent. Kitchen was very well equipped too though we just used the microwave. The location is amazing. You can see the Tay from the living room. The walk along this to the beach is beautiful. There are so many places to eat and drink very close by- we particularly liked the Ship though everywhere was equally welcoming. We also had great takeaway- Goa, Meze and Murrays chippy- all wonderful. There is an M and S foodhall within five minutres walk too, Very easy with the dog. Thanks so much to John for the excellent communication too. This was friendly and informative.

Really, there was nothing. On street parking was easy- as the house is on a corner, there are a number of streets that you can use so we never had an issue at any time of day.
