The location was excellent and made the stay very convenient. It was perfect for us because we like to step outside and immediately have restaurants, shops, cafés, attractions and plenty of activity within walking distance. Everything felt very accessible on foot, and the area was well connected to the rest of the city. Communication with the staff was also excellent ...very responsive, clear and helpful throughout our stay. 10/10 for location and communication.
Overall, we had a very good stay. There were only two or three small things that could be improved, and I think those little adjustments would make the experience even more pleasant for future guests.

Location, unit size
Key handover experience is more like Airbnb experience. The coordinator over WhatsApp normally ignores the messages. I tried to closely inform ahead when we are arriving exactly, still it was like 40 min wait at the building door for the key to be provided.
Also one night the water heater was not working and could only be repaired next day

Location terrific and its a very nice small apartment
Clean and modern. Quiet
Central location made walking to.most places pleasant e g to the Belvedere and some great places to eat at night
We had a number of issues we had to sort out with management and this required persistence. However , to be fair , management did respond promptly and did fix these matters and that was important to our stay
