The property itself is beautiful, clean, and in a great location. Everything was generally comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay and the atmosphere of the place.

We were very disappointed by the information about the swimming pools. They clearly advertised «2 swimming pools» and describes both as outdoor heated pools, but after arriving we were told that one of them belongs to a different association and is not available to guests. Access to the pools was one of the main reasons we chose this property and paid more for our stay. There was another hotel nearby that was about $350-400 cheaper and had a pool and hot tub. If the listing had clearly stated that guests only have access to one pool, we would have made a different booking decision. The listing should be corrected so future guests are not misled.
