As a result, we have noticed the presence of mould/fungus on the wall in the hallway next to the bathroom. This is something that we believe should be addressed as a matter of priority. Equipment and condition of the apartment: Bathroom / laundry area • There was also a leak underneath the toilet. • There is no suitable place to hang or dry clothes after using the washing machine. Bedrooms • There are no proper curtains on the windows facing the entrance of the apartment. • A roller blind was installed as an attempted solution, but it does not cover the entire window, allowing significant light to enter, and it was also poorly installed. Kitchen • There is no extractor hood, which makes cooking uncomfortable and leaves the apartment with cooking smells and humidity. • The flooring material is very porous and stains very easily, while being difficult to clean properly. • There is no microwave. • There are no dessert spoons.
