Il piccolo villaggio di Montepetrosu é a 2,5 km di strada "privata" ed offre Posta, giornali e tabacchi, piccolo supermarket. Distributore di benzina a 3,5 km (verso nord). Sulla spiaggia uno dei migliori ristoranti della zona e il posto piu' bello per aperitivo in Sardegna (la tavernetta e tavernetta beach).

I vicini villaggi di San Teodoro (giovani e discoteche /bar/vita notturna) e Porto San Paolo (sport acquatici , immersioni e escursioni in barca) nonché Puntaldia (marina e campo da Golf ) sono perfetti per chi vuole esperienze piu' attive e meno naturalistiche.



Altre cose da notare:

La villa gode di una posizione strategica, immersa nella natura ma comodamente vicina a tutte le principali attrazioni della zona.



Spiagge: le spiagge di Cala Girgolu e Porto Taverna si trovano a pochi minuti a piedi, mentre le famosissime Cala Brandinchi e Lu Impostu e Porto Istana sono raggiungibili in 10 e 15 minuti di macchina.



Supermercato: il più vicino è raggiungibile in 6 minuti di auto.



Ristoranti e bar: la Tavernetta e la Tavernetta beach, affacciate sulla spiaggia di Porto Taverna, sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi o a soli 2 minuti di auto.
