The layout

The whole apartment is yours. The bedroom is a private retreat with a plush queen bed, and the living area has a pullout sofa, so the space comfortably sleeps four. The open layout balances togetherness with room to breathe, so it is just as easy to relax, work, or spend time together without feeling crowded.

Kitchen and dining

The kitchen is fully equipped and built around an open layout with a central island. You have room to cook a real meal, share food, or grab a quick breakfast before you head out. Eating in or just making your morning coffee, you have what you need.

Comfort and essentials

You have an in-unit washer and dryer, heating and air conditioning, fast WiFi, and a smart TV to unwind with. Essentials are stocked, and the setup works just as well for a short city trip as it does for a longer stay.
The building

Your stay also opens up the building amenities, including a rooftop pool with skyline views, a full fitness center, and a resident lounge with a pool table. It is the kind of place that feels like a getaway without ever leaving home.

Guest access
You have the entire apartment to yourself for your whole stay. No shared rooms, no other guests, and no host on site, just your own private space to settle into.

The bedroom, the living area, the kitchen, the bathroom, and your private balcony are all yours.
Getting in is easy with self check-in through a lockbox, so you can come and go on your own schedule.

Full entry directions and the building access details are sent before you arrive, so there is no waiting and no guesswork.

As a guest you also get full run of the building amenities. Take a swim or relax at the rooftop pool with its skyline views, get a workout in at the fitness center, or unwind in the resident lounge with the pool table. All of it is just a short elevator ride from your door.

Other things to note
A few simple things to know before you book.

This is a smoke free and vape free home, inside and out on the balcony. No parties or events of any kind, and quiet hours run after 10 PM, since this is a residential building with neighbors close by. Keeping the noise down keeps everyone happy.

Check-in is self check-in through a lockbox, and full step by step directions for both the building and the unit are sent before you arrive, so getting in is easy day or night.

The space comfortably sleeps four, and the booking is for the guests listed on the reservation. If your plans change or you have a special request, just message me ahead of time and I do my best to make it work.
Inside you will find a guest binder with the WiFi, local favorites, and everything else you might need. Treat the place like your own and you are all set. I cannot wait to host you.
