A beautifully restored stone mansion awaits in the heart of Petra, offering space, character, and modern comfort for up to eight guests. Renovated with high-quality materials and tasteful furnishings, the home blends traditional Mallorcan charm with thoughtful contemporary touches - ideal for families or friends seeking an authentic island stay away from the crowds.

On the ground floor, the living and dining area forms a warm social hub with a fireplace, TV, generous seating, and a dining table for shared meals. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer for easy self-catering. A double bedroom and a modern bathroom are also located on this level. Underfloor heating keeps the space comfortable in cooler months, while air conditioning throughout the house ensures relief in summer. Upstairs, you’ll find two further double bedrooms, a shared modern bathroom, and a master suite with its own bathroom featuring a bathtub - perfect for unwinding after a day out.

Outside, a shaded terrace with garden furniture invites long evening conversations, while the private pool with sun loungers, outdoor shower, and barbecue area sets the scene for relaxed afternoons under the Mallorcan sun.
