The Cocoonr agency is offering this flat for rent in Soulac-sur-Mer. Situated in the Amélie neighbourhood, just 100 metres from the beach, it measures 28 m² and can accommodate up to 2 guests.
Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), Wi-Fi is included.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 17 m² living area with an electric reclining sofa, a TV and a dining area
- A kitchenette equipped with, amongst other things: an oven, a microwave, a toaster, hobs…
- A bedroom with a double bed (140x190)
- A bathroom with a shower and toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional appliances: washing machine, plancha, fan and iron.
Outside:
- A 6 m² south-facing balcony with furniture to enjoy sunny days
The flat is ideally situated in Soulac-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant setting right by the sea. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…
Activities:
- Numerous beaches nearby (various water sports: surfing, kitesurfing, windsurfing, etc.)
- Amélie Beach less than 100 m away
