Please note that there is a late check-in fee of €30 from 8 PM, payable upon arrival.Smoking is only permitted on the terrace. There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence of violation of this rule (for example, tobacco or smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least 250€ in accordance with current legislation.Please note that for stays longer than 20 nights, a fair use policy will be applied, with a limit of 90€ in costs (Water 35€ + 55€ electricity). The difference from this amount will be charged as an extra.
