The apartment is only accessible by stairs and is on the first floor.The apartment is completely equipped with all necessary kitchen products, hair dryer, iron, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, microwave, vacuum cleaner.Both bed linen and towels are sanitised by professional laundry and are included, in addition to shampoo and shower gel.Amenities such as toilet paper, salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, coffee, napkins are provided for the first few days.There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence of violation of this rule (for example, tobacco smell or smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least 250€ in accordance with current legislation.Please note that for stays longer than 20 nights, a fair use policy will be applied, with a limit of 90€ in costs (Water 35€ + 55€ electricity). The difference from this amount will be charged as an extra.
