The separate kitchen, with a large dining table and TV, is fully equipped and includes, among other things, a refrigerator with a separate freezer, a stove, an oven, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster, a Senseo capsule machine, a coffee maker, and an East Frisian tea set. A Senseo capsule coffee maker will be added soon.

The spacious bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and hair dryer; the utility room (entrance area) located just outside the bathroom also includes, among other things, a washing machine and a drying rack.
In addition to the baby crib, a high chair is also available free of charge. Both bedrooms and the living room can be completely darkened with roller shades.
The garden features a small pond, a lawn, and a garden shed where you can store any bicycles you bring along. There is also a garden table and chairs, as well as two grills. The long driveway offers enough space for at least 3 cars.

The port city of Emden charms visitors with its maritime flair, historic inland harbor, canals, and popular attractions such as the Kunsthalle Emden, the Otto Huus, and the East Frisian State Museum. The North Sea coast, the Wadden Sea, and the ferry connection to the island of Borkum are also easily accessible from here.
The vacation home is an ideal starting point for exploring Emden and the diverse East Frisia vacation region.
You’re welcome to add a laundry package as an optional extra. This can be arranged during the booking process or at any time afterward for a fee.
