It accommodates boats up to 37 feet, with just under three feet of water at the dock at low-low tide and five feet in the channel, so plan your draft accordingly. Bring your own lines, hoses, and fenders, as those aren't stocked. And if you're not arriving by water, the dock is still the best seat in the house: a good spot to drop a line, watch for manatees in the cooler months, or sit with coffee from the drip maker (there's a Keurig too) while the water does its thing. Trailers - Guests trailering in can launch at several public boat ramps nearby. Ask us and we'll point you to the closest. - Trailer parking at the home is driveway only, empty trailers only, 25 ft maximum length. - No trailer parking on the yard or street. Both are monitored and enforced; street parking risks citations. - No overnight parking of boats on trailers under any circumstance, as the driveway pavers cannot support the weight.
