Location, quite big
It check-in instructions should say that the apartment was downstairs because the apartment number was hard to find, it didn’t match the numbering system on the main floor. Quick response from the property manager though. The air conditioner was insanely loud but we’re pretty heavy sleepers. There was often a smell of gas in the entryway to the building. Otherwise for the price (I think it was discounted because there weren’t any reviews when we booked) it was totally fair
