Location was good, beds very comfortable, quiet area
As it seems the property is new to renting out just needs a few finishing touches, basic things missing ie there were no forks or tumbler glasses in the kitchen, bins outside were overflowing and smelly (which were right outside front door)

The location is good for QMC and University of Nottingham. It is quiet. The parking is good.
They bushwhacked a £140 cleaning fee on at the point of payment in addition to the headline fee. For that money I would actually expect it to be spotless and it was not. The glass surfaces including the patio doors were smeared (may have been with a cleaning solution but not the right one) and the single sofa bed in the main room is horrible, stained in ways that mean no one would want their child sleeping on it. I had to wash some of the crockery and glasses before I used them as they were not clean either. The fridge has a big build up of ice on the back wall which is embedded with what looks like someone else's food debris which is pretty off-putting.
Just to add insult to injury there were no bin bags or washing up liquid provided which I had to buy (they say they will reimburse me but it has not arrived as yet...)
