The place is hardly up to a real hotel standard but I didn't feel that it had any major faults, which makes it a very attractive low-cost alternative to a hotel. The kitchen is also surprisingly well equipped. Both the kitchen and bathroom are modern. The host was service-minded and flexible. If I have to pay out of my own pocket, there would be no question that I would choose this place again. I also stayed at the adjacent "AH fastigheter 2" which is basically the other part of the same house, and I liked that a little bit better, it felt like they had learned from some mistakes when renovating it.

The standard of the place was uneven and renovation was sloppy, but even though some details weren't very pretty, like uneven paint on the walls, they weren't bad enough to annoy me or to be called a real "problem", so in total there were no real irritation points for me. I was alone in the house most of the time, but the walls are a bit thin when other guests are there.
