House Foxglove

The only problem was breakfast . Because my wife was cycling in a race we needed an early start and we were given vouchers by Colin for a Vida E Cafe just down the road which we were told was 24 hour service. Unfortunately this didn't apply on Sunday mornings and we were unable to use this facility as it only opened at 7am and didn'r start cooking until 8am. We couldn't wait as we had to be at the start by 08.15. We advised the owner who was unaware of this exception. He was very apologetic and refunded us the cost for breakfast and appraised us of his follow up with the Cafe. It in no way spoiled our stay.

We were very happy with all the facilities and Colin the owner was very helpful and responsive to our queries.

Colin is an excellent host and checked in with us every day ensuring we had everything we needed. The rooms were beautifully presented, spotless, very comfortable bed, great cupboard space and the best BnB shower I've ever experienced. The location is stunning and quiet, in a very good neighbourhood offering lovely views of the surrounding mountains. The room we booked had a separate bedroom, kitchenette (with all appliances including an air fryer) and a separate bathroom offering additional privacy. We loved our 3-night stay!

There was nothing we didn't like.

A brand new guesthouse offering exceptionally comfortable and well equipped rooms. Colin, the owner, is extremely welcoming and happy to share his knowledge of the local area. This is the best value for money accommodation in Paarl.
