The hosts were seeming nice and understanding, we got acquainted next day morning. Facilities were clean and quietness is my top priority and I found it so far in this house. Comfort was ok but maybe next time will be even better. Value for money - is definitely better than Travelodge which is not an economy motel anymore; but an economy-grave motel nowadays. Location of the place is pretty good if you're not travelling a lot in various cities, but it's close to amenities and transport around. Guildford train station about 25 minutes of walk away.
Initially i believed it was a place only for creative people that work in such domain. But it proved that hosts enjoy creativity instead and everyone is welcome here - creatives or non creatives and therefore confusion was cleared.
