Barron Brook Inn

Barron Brook Inn, in itself is a quaint little Inn. It's nothing too fancy, but that adds to part of its charm. What added to our great experience here was Jason, the Inn's owner. He is very welcoming, and I'll have to say, he goes over and beyond anything we expected. He made wonderful recommendations for sightseeing, dining and later at night, he built a nice fire for his guests in the firepit outside. It was the perfect ending to delightful day. We would definitely recommend Barron Brook Inn if you're looking to get away and enjoy some R&R! Guaranteed, you won't be disappointed!

The structure itself is built with a lower section of rooms which makes it awkward for bringing in your luggage. BUT...and this is a BIG but...Jason lugged all our stuff for us! So, that's actually a plus if you ask me!

The hosts, especially Jason, were exceptionally helpful in answering our questions and even researching online for us. The location was very close to the Weathervane Theater where the show was oustanding. Other guests at the big breakfast table were pleasant, but there were also small tables for more private meals. Convenient parking. Very quiet at night.

An older inn like this has bathtubs rather than the option of a walk-in shower which would be more accessible.

The location is great! Very close to several small towns with amazing picturesque views of the mountains. The owner operators were super friendly, they treated me like I was family.

There was nothing I specifically did not like just keep in mind it’s an older building however they keep it very clean.
