First off, be warned there is no bed! There’s a horribly uncomfortable pull out sofa bed thing with insufficient (and filthy) bedding. The windows have been crudely painted over but the paint is flaking and covers your hands if you try to open the windows. The stairs are dangerously shallow - be very careful if bringing luggage or if you have any mobility issues. Towels were stained, water pressure practically non-existent, the toilet loudly drip fills for about 20 minutes after every flush. The property has location, and ONLY location, going for it. But there are far better places nearby for similar prices. I was in a group of 6 - the other 5 properties the group booked were far better than this one. Wouldn’t recommend.

I the middle of Ghent's most beautiful neighborhoods. Perfect for a quick stopover on my interrail trip!
