Hotel is far away from Warsaw. The front desk is half sleep. I had booking for 2 night and they forgot that.
The room has not been clean and they offered another room in a middle of the night.
I wasn't happy about it since I was very tired after all day and mist of the night in Warsaw.
They advertise managers reception during the booking.
Nobody knows anything about it.

We got a standard room with a pet and it was not air conditioned. We asked for an air conditioned room for a small fee more and it was easily arranged and the staff was excellent. The restaurant of the hotel had a surprisingly good burger and the hotel breakfast the next morning was better than some expensive chains
