Castle Black Swan — Private Medieval Luxury Villa, Ixtapa Bay
Oops! We accidentally bought a Castle, and restored it! We think it is as enchanting, like a fairytale, and we are proud to offer it as a venue, a retreat, an escape... as magic as the raw mountain it is built around.
Nestled into Ixtapa Bay, within the gated Pacifica Resort, Castle Black Swan is a one‑of‑a‑kind six‑bedroom, six-and-one-half‑bathroom luxury home for up to 19 guests. Combining authentic castle elements (300‑year‑old European doors, antique chandeliers, knight’s armour, cannon) with modern comfort, the property offers sweeping bay views, dramatic indoor/outdoor living, and complete privacy.
Highlights
- Six private bedrooms (each with a dedicated bathroom or ensuite); enclosed rooms fully air‑conditioned
- Private plunge pool fed by a dramatic 22‑ft multi‑level waterfall (we DO NOT recommend jumping from one of five ledges...)
- Expansive communal living and multiple terraces with panoramic Ixtapa Bay views
- Full chef’s kitchen, ample dining space for groups and events
- Natural mountain rock walls and vertical greenery integrated throughout
- Located inside gated Pacifica Resort — beach access via stairs or gondola; resort shuttle/van service available - or if you're on a fitness journey, do like Valina does, and after a run on the beach, take the stairs!
On‑site Services & Enhancements (available on request)
- In‑home spa services (massages, facials, mani/pedi, lashes)
- Private dance lessons, yoga or personal training under the palapa
- In‑home chef, waitstaff, cleaning, transportation and private tours available upon request (not included in base pricing)
-Live music! Want Zihua's BEST mariachi band to serenade you for the evening? Or perhaps ambient guitar and flute? We can have arrangements made and bring the concert to you!

- Temazcal (Mayan sweat ceremony) and Sacred Cacao experiences — local contacts available
- Private transfers to pyramids and regional sites; visits to El Partenón (Zihuatanejo cultural center)
