We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, and the entire property was exceptionally clean. The staff made us feel truly welcome, special mention to Lami, who was absolutely outstanding and went above and beyond for us. My only tiny personal preference would be having slightly smaller or softer pillow options, but overall it was a fantastic experience. Highly recommended!
the access system needs improvement. Managing 3–4 different codes to get through the building, lobby, and room was hassle filled. The lobby entrance code in particular was tricky and frustrating to use. Streamlining access would greatly improve the guest experience.

Gorgeous, clean room with lots of space! It's in a great location and situated only a 10-minute walk from the city centre and the Parliament building. Lami was really helpful and friendly, the communication over WhatsApp and the video showing how to access the building was useful too.
We (along with about 7 other guests) had some trouble gaining access to the reception door on the 4th floor, but we managed to get there in the end! The 24/7 concierge number is a good backup, though.
