The location; it was quiet and serene. My room faced the East so I got enough sunlight. All the facilities worked well from the kitchen to the bathroom. There was one time the latch of my room door was broken and it got fixed in a short amount of time.
It could be a bit cleaner.

Had an amazing stay at The Willow. The room i stayed in was spacious and incredibly clean. The house was spotless and the kitchen was perfect for cooking meals after work. Parking was easy and the house is in a good location, well connected to the M25, Grays and Tilbury. There are bus stops just outside the house as well as a large shopping centre - Lakeside quite close by.
