Very clean and comfortable, TV was great
Couldn’t figure out how to work the oven, and found drug paraphernalia in the bathroom- However! I notified the staff and they were very quick to clean that up

Communication, safety and location and free parking
I've address the matters directly with management so I'm hope it gets resolved. For a budget place you can only except some options not everything.
