The views, location, apartment inclusions and Family Blu staff (Luan/ Marsel) were fantastic.
Here you can relax in comfort and feel that Life Is Good vibe.
The Capsule/ pad/ground Powder Coffee machine was a beauty !!
It can easily sleep 4 and would PERFECTLY suit a family (we stayed as a married couple)
Luan is the BEST host who made sure our stay was great & Marsel too. Transport, late arrival, welcome & departure treats, etc.
Cafe sofa underneath the apartment building is fantastic too...as are the countless Seafood / etc Restaurants within a 20 minute delightful beach walk.
The Staff make this an Exceptional stay.🤗👍👍👍 We'll be back. 🙏
We did not dislike anything. We do strongly advise guests to bring CASH before departing their home country...unless youre Albanian (Bring Albanian LEK or Euros). The ATM machines in the area are unpredictable & charge €8 as a fee everytime... not ideal ( especially when you may have a daily limit on your Card 🫣😏). The Perla Blu Staff were very understanding of the difficulties we had with that.

The property was as advertised including the pictures. The location was exceptional with everything you need for a week's stay or more (restaurants, grocery and other stores, the beach) within a short walking distance. The beach was right there, walk out the door, across the sidewalk, and there was the beach. And OMG, the restaurants in the area are awesome.
The owner of the property and the property manager are exceptional professionals who were very responsive, accommodating, and genuinely concerned about your enjoyment. They even organized transport from/to TIA (the airport). Of course, there was a fee for the taxi, but they sorted it.
A note for travelers; almost everyone takes credit cards. I did not have to go to the ATM at all.
It's a nit, but the shower needs updating. The bathroom itself (including a laundry) have been updated. The property owner said it was next on the list to be remodeled. But, considering a person only spends 5 minutes a day in the shower, it really is a nit. Otherwise, the entire flat has been updated and is quite comfortable with an excellent kitchen area. The patio is spectacular.

Ideal apartment in front of the sea. Worth the money, spacious, kitchen, very large balcony, perfect room with sea view.
