The flat is spacious and the location is excellent. The flat was also very quiet during our stay, despite being a ground floor flat. The kitchen seemed well-equipped in terms of pots and pans etc. The price seemed quite good for the location and the size of the flat. The check-in process (lock box with code) was very simple. The flat was easy to find.

The flat was not very well-equipped for a stay: There were no towels except the a bath mat and a hand towel. There was a coffee machine but we couldnt use it because there were no complimentary coffee pods (you usual get at least a few pods for a stay). There was only one almost completely finished toilet roll in the flat for the stay. The photos in the advert are real photos of the flat, but they have been improved using AI to make the flat appear much cleaner/cosier/more modern than it actually is. I would prefer to see a real photo of the flat so I can make an informed decision about the booking. I am used to receiving at least an automatic message acknowledging my booking and confirming key details like the address before the day of arrival. As I noticed the property had no reviews and the photos looked ai generated to me, when I received no communications about the booking I was worried it was a scam.
