Eden House is so inviting and well-furnished—from the entry room to guest rooms. Our room was spotless and a comfortable place to rest. Especially found the bedding to be plush and all linens smelled amazing. Enjoyed looking at the beautiful older homes/B&Bs on Ballifeary Rd and felt safe walking to and from the city center.

Lovely building, beautiful, elegantly styled interiors with high quality fixtures and fittings. Our room had a large, very comfortable bed, luxurious bed linen, a great bathroom and shower and quality tea/ coffee making facilities.
We were greeted and made to feel very welcome on arrival and also on departure by the owner which completed the overall nice experience.
Would absolutely stay here again, thank you!

We were on motorbikes, and the large driveway / parking facilities were great. Hard to find properties offering this so close to central Inverness.
Perfect location to walk into Inverness, and beautiful walk from the house along the river.
The Host Emma was amazing and so accommodating to our needs.

The host Emma and her home were spectacular, I have nothing negative to say. Just perfect.
