Was a convenient location with train station only a couple of minutes away making it easy to travel around London as only 1 stop away from Elephant & Castle and the underground. There is a 24/7 shop almost opposite and lots of takeaways nearby. The hosts are responsive and gave all the necessary instructions for entry prior to arrival. The double bed is very comfy and had a good nights sleep. Found it to be good value for money. Having somewhere to park for free was a plus.

There are steep steps to the front door which was a struggle with a suitcase. The hallway is shared and was messy. Could hear the neighbours above. Sofabed was not made up as requested so had to find the bedding and do it myself. There is a coffe machine but no pods provided or milk for tea/coffee. There was no toilet paper or toilet roll holder. The bins had not been emptied before our arrival. The door has been removed from the living room so my son had no privacy and also being on a main street there was alot of road noise. One of the kitchen cupboards was falling off. The bedroom window was being held open/closed by a loose screw placed in a hole in the window frame and the bedroom door was held open with a dumbell or it would swing shut. Whole place felt a bit unloved and just needs a few finishing touches to make it a more pleasant stay.
