El apartamento está recién reformation y lo tiene todo para alojarse en Palermo. Está a 10 minutos andando de la catedral.
La calle por la noche estaba poco iluminada.

The building is kind of new - especially compared to the rest in the area.
Room was very clean, well-furnished and comfortable.
Choice of pillows, choice of lights.
Bathroom was clean.
Air Conditioner - was able to run even if not inside the room - which in our case was not really important, but for the heat waves few weeks / months ago is a MUST.
There were external roller blinds - allowing you to keep it dark to as late as you want
Maybe the neighbourhood was not the best - but this is just my observation while walking to the room.
There was one sensor inside the room, which was blinking every minute - this was annoying and especially noticeable when pitch black.

Very good location, room is clean and new. I liked the interaction with the owner, he is very friendly, promptly answers any questions and is ready to help with any needs. I wholeheartedly recommend this place! Thank you!
