Idyllic Vacation Rental on Lake Ammersee – Nature, Peace & Comfort

This spacious 87 m² vacation rental is located on the quiet outskirts of Utting, nestled in the countryside—yet just a 5-minute bike ride from Lake Ammersee. The private, secluded garden with a wooden deck, pond, and large sunroom invites you to relax.

The newly renovated apartment features a bedroom with a king-size bed (180 cm) and a living room with a sofa, TV, and desk; an open-concept kitchen; a modern bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washing machine; as well as a very large, glass-enclosed but heated sunroom with a view of the surrounding greenery.

Our apartment is suitable for 1 to 3 people.

Thanks to its basement location, it stays pleasantly cool in the summer—while still offering a surprising amount of natural light. There are 5 steps leading up to the apartment. In winter, the underfloor heating provides cozy warmth.

Whether it’s swimming, bike rides, hiking, a trip to Andechs Abbey, or winter walks—the Five Lakes Region offers the perfect setting for relaxation and exploration in every season. And because nature is so close by here—with great hiking trails right outside the front door—dogs are also very welcome and feel right at home.
