Ideal for family vacations or group getaways, this 3,770 sq. ft. Northwest contemporary home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests with 5 spacious bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
Step inside and you’ll find expansive open concept living, dining, and kitchen areas highlighted by rich wood accents, and luxurious high-end finishes. Thoughtfully designed for relaxation, entertainment, and comfort, this home features:
• A gourmet kitchen with custom-stained knotty alder cabinets, granite countertops, Jenn-Air stainless steel appliances, oven, and a six-burner gas cooktop
• A private back patio overlooking serene forest views, complete with a hot tub, BBQ grill, Firepit, and patio furniture for outdoor dining and relaxation
• A large dining area with seating for 10 at the table, plus 5 additional seats at the kitchen counter
• An inviting living room featuring a floor-to-ceiling tile fireplace, cozy furnishings, and a large flat-screen TV
• Samsung TVs in every bedroom for a luxury hotel-like experience
• Main-level primary suite with a spacious walk-in tile shower, soaking tub, and walk in closet

Caldera Springs is a growing community and there are a number of new homes under construction. Daily working hours for all construction sites are Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM PT and Saturday from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PST. Construction is prohibited on Sunday
