Create a luxe, at-home movie-night experience. Sink into plush power recliners or relax on chaise loungers that also function as comfortable sleepers. An 85` Roku TV paired with immersive surround sound draws you into every scene. Enjoy unlimited Netflix and YouTube TV, or sign in to your own apps to customize your lineup. A fully stocked popcorn station adds the perfect theater-style touch, and classic movie-poster wall art completes the vibe. For added comfort, the space also features a top-of-the-line air purifier with PlasmaWave technology to help provide the cleanest air possible.

After you book, you’ll receive a message with a secure link to complete your pre-arrival payments. You’ll be able to choose between:

Paying a refundable $50 security deposit (recommended for peace of mind), or
Selecting the non-refundable $12 damage protection/insurance option.

You can also add optional extras—such as early check-in, if available.

Important note: Because we manage listings across multiple platforms, the security deposit is collected directly by the host rather than through VRBO`s system. This is a standard, secure practice for direct payments to owners, so there’s no need to worry if the payment link takes you to an external (fully secure) site. Your transaction remains protected, and we prioritize clear, reliable communication throughout your stay.

We look forward to hosting you and helping make your arrival smooth and stress-free.

Full disclosure: the chaise loungers may not be an adequate bed length for guests over 5` tall. To make them comfortable for almost anyone, foldable memory foam twin-size mattresses can be added to the end of the chaise loungers. Please refer to the listing photos showing the chaise loungers connected to the memory foam mattresses to fully understand the bed setup.
